Summer isn’t the only time to enjoy the outdoors! While we might have lots of snow, enjoying your lake home is just as easy! Here are our top five activities to do on your local lake during the Winter months!
- Ice Skating! Leave those rinks behind! Try ice skating on the lake to enjoy all that nature has to offer. Just pop back inside once you’re done!
- Ice Bowling! You heard that right. Try ice bowling! Dust off the bowling ball, grabs some pins, a shovel, and you’re set! A fun game to play outdoors with little skill. This is an easy and un way to get both adults and kids involved!
- Snowshoeing! A fun way to explore your local lake! Head to your local sports store to grab some snow shoes!
- Hockey! Similar to ice skating, hockey is a fun and traditional way to enjoy our frozen lake!
- Snow Tubing! You love tubing during the summer, so why not try it during the Winter? While it might not be exactly the same, the fun still remains!
